What is the most important managerial skill and why?

- My answers lie between problem solving and motivation. As problem solving helps
tremendously in not only, as it states in its name, solving problems, it also helps in keeping the
process time short and efficient. Now it ties with motivation or motivating your group members,
as motivating highly increases people’s efficiency in doing their job. Also being able to motivate
others leaves a sweet memory or idea to peoples’ head of your image.

Why is learning managerial skills important

- Learning managerial skills is important because everyone will have a time in their life where they
will have to lead on their own. And having managerial skills will help them stay on the right path
to solve problems or complications. Also learning managerial skills will prove to be more efficient
in real time if you’re to be a leader, rather than learning the skill in the moment where you need
it.
