Petaling Jaya, sometimes referred to as "PJ," is a Malaysian city located in Petaling District
in the state of Selangor. It was included in the Greater Kuala Lumpur region when it was first
built as a satellite city for Malaysia's capital, Kuala Lumpur.

Despite not having a physical location of their own, Dutch Lady Milk Industries Malaysia
uses a distribution route to provide their products to consumers.
The channels that Dutch Lady Company uses are the wholesale and retail channels. The
process wherein the manufacturer sells to the retailer and the retailer sells to the customer is
known as the "retailerchannel." The process by which producers sell to wholesalers, who then
sell to retailers, who then sell to consumers, is known as the wholesale channel.
The Dutch Lady firm sells its products at Lotus, AEON, Giant, Mydin, JayaGrocer, 7-Eleven,
and 99Speedmart, among other supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores.
It also includes e-commerce websites, online stores, and mobile applications including those
from Lotus, Jaya Grocer, Mydin, Shopee, Lazada, Grab Mart, and Panda Mart.
