    In Algeria there are a lot of famous landmarks .One of them is Maquam


    Eshahid . It is situated in Algiers " the capital " . The Canadians constructed this
    monument in the early 1980’s , but it was designed by the Algerian painter "Bachir
    Yellès" and it was made of concrete. These three massive concrete palm were
    built by a lo of workers. and this wonderful monument was opened in 1982.
