initial project proposed is an SEO Assessment.

SEO Assessment

The goal of the SEO Assessment is to build awareness around the strengths and
Weaknesses of your presence in the search results. With this awareness, I define
those action items that will have the biggest impact on your business’s growth.

The project will start with a 1-hour meeting where I learn more about your
business. I need a strong understanding of your audience, offering, and
competitors.

Then I will assess the Website's performance against the four primary components
of SEO:

STRATEGY

As a freelancer I invest in holistic SEO. Our approach is long-term and future-proof.

The primary components of holistic SEO include:

➔ Content
➔ On-Site SEO
➔ Off-Site SEO

I work to improve your Website's performance within each of these categories. The
categories align with the search engine algorithms. Thus, incremental
improvements here are designed to improve rankings, grow traffic, and generate
more sales.
SEO Set-Up
A one-time project to create a solid foundation for long-term growth. Specific action
items are organized within the four pillars of SEO framework as noted below.

Getting Started

● Kickoff Meeting — Establish goals, workflow, and timelines. Discuss target

audience(s).
● Keyword Research — In-depth research to identify the keywords your
audience uses to search for your products and services.

Technical SEO

● Google Search Console — Verify your Website with this portal which creates
a communication channel with Google.
● XML Sitemap — Create an automatically generated sitemap that acts as your
Website's resume to the search engines.
● Robots.txt — File creation/update. A robots.txt file tells the search engines
which parts of your Website I want them to avoid crawling and indexing.
● Site Speed — Analyze current performance within Google’s Core Ib Vitals.
● Mobile Usability — Review current usability on mobile devices.
● 301 Redirects — Respond to the page not found errors in Google Search
Console by creating 301 redirects to improve Website crawlability.

Content

● Content Evaluation — A review of your competitor’s content and your current

content.
● Content Strategy — Plan for future growth and expansion.
● Content Calendar — Creation of a strategic content calendar.
On-Site SEO

● Title Tags & Meta Descriptions — Create a custom title and description for
each top-level page of your Website. I automate this for frequently updated
content types such as blog posts.
● Alternative Text — Update and optimize descriptive text for images on your
top-performing Ib pages.
● Headers — Review existing headers, updating content and hierarchy based
on keyword research.

Off-Site SEO

● Local Search — Verify and update your Google Maps listing.

● Link Building — Review current domain authority and backlink network.
Create a strategy for growth.

PRICING & TIMELINE

The price for these Services which are described above is 45000 per month, with each
payment to be paid in the first 5 days of the following month.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing 14 days’ advance
written notice. In the event of such termination, the Client shall be obligated to pay a
pro-rated fee for that month.
