What are the mean grade of ABM 11- Honorable students in Business Math during the first and second
quarter of the first semester?
Hypothesis:
H0: The first quarter average of ABM 11- Honorable students in Business Math is equal to their second quarter.
Ha: The first quarter average of ABM 11- Honorable students in Business Math is unequal to their second
quarter.
We reject the Null hypothesis stating that “ The first quarter average of ABM 11- Honorable students in Business
Math is equal to their second quarter.” We, now conclude that at the 5% level of significance, there is sufficient
evidence for it to be assumed that sample mean 1 is unequal to the mean of sample 2.
B) Question #2
Business Math during first and second quarter of the first semester?
Hypothesis:
H0: There is no significant difference between the first and second quarter in the grades of ABM 11-
Honorable students in Business Math.
Ha: There is a significant difference between the first and second quarter in the grades of ABM 11-
Honorable students in Business Math.

Decision and Conclusion
We reject the Null hypothesis stating that “ There is no significant difference between the first and second
quarter in the grades of ABM 11- Honorable students in Business Math.” We, now conclude that at the 5% level
of significance, there is sufficient evidence for it to be assumed that sample 1 has a significantly lower mean than
sample 2.
C) Question #3

to their second quarter.
Ha: The first quarter average of ABM 11- Honorable students in Organizational and Management is
unequal to their second quarter.
