fine so it takes time that you rebuild

your connection right lose you are

feeling emotions

mental poisons sometimes is called the

fundamental poisons because of five

confusion second one is attachment or

desire and then third one is called the

anger or hatred okay can you think of

one of your problem just just your

personal problem okay are you thinking

thinking one problem okay as pure stuff

that problem is is it something

connected with

attachment maybe you want to have one

you want you to do something you

couldn't do if you want to have

something you couldn't have it it's more

connected with desire or attachment you

know like somebody really want to get

married and son you want so much you

push so much then it doesn't happen that

so then if you have kind of stress like

that's kind of more based on desire

right desire desire for attachment yes


yes what's your problem okay so if it's

not so much to do with desire attachment

maybe its endurance because of something

you are just angry and that anger to

make you unhappy you know and sometimes

dinner today because our emotions are so

complex and we don't know how emotions

are manifesting and many cases and your

manifest as a stress you know the one we

call stress spread the feeling something

like a pressure in the chest stops you

running up and down something that you

suet and discomfort you know that's a

anger manifesting as a stress so maybe

you don't say it anger you know you say

it's a stretch but in reality is anger

is manifesting as a stress okay so is

that's why it's so poison and today and

our time it's very easy to understand

this right poison is a medicine medicine

is poison think of any type of

antibiotics anti biotics they are all

poisons but they're all poisons which

one has no side effect everybody has

that effect right so some antibiotics

okay it can kill few types of bacterias

in a few types if you check the the

benefit of one antibiotic there are five

benefits it means it kills the five

types of bacterias but then if you read

the set effect

the severe ones the common ones and the

rare ones you know you can read the 50

of them so then the question is is a

medicine or it is the person it's above

right it's about medicine is the poison

poison to the medicine and in ancient

Western culture we have this review it's

called the alchemy right outcome

no poison is a medicine and medicine is

a poison so that's why in the Buddhist

it the three mental poisons and then

to use them they are medicines so that's

pleasure

you know pleasure is afflicted mental of

negative emotions people say I like

addictive emotion was addictive emotions

addictive emotions pleasures they become

jhana and the wisdom intelligence in

their coexistence they are both front of

coexistence so if we see things as

suffering and pain it is a pain and

not suffering it's a joy and please did

means achieving our natural state

just my dream if my mind when you become


lucid the guy does the scary what the

powerful chasing after you just

disappear or becoming very weak all you

think I'm losing in the dream or

physically you wake up both ways okay

it's called the good-good means waking

up and then once you wake up and then

you okay so that's called the Buddha and

in the every moment of our life we can

do Buddha and especially we are facing

problems when we have many issues you

know if we use the power of our mind we

can just wake up from those problems the

incident like so many you know when you

have smuggled problems you think there

are problems once you have a bigger

problem

these problems are not problems anymore

bigger ones are real problems and then

another bigger one is all that's a

problem

so actually the problem is it's a mental

of the field it's a mental domain and

that's why there is a bomb is a chance

to wake up from our problems right so

that's I think the main teaching of

Buddha so many people Buddha is just in

the world of the

why i am always saying buddhism can't be


a philosophy can be a theory but we have

to attend we have to wake up from our

theories from our beliefs from our

stuck with theories or philosophies you
