and efficient troubleshooting process. I established new metrics and KPIs that
increase team’s productivity and clearer reporting process. I managed to
develop the better monitoring tools during the shifting from WFO to WFH
because of the COVID. I also successfully create a training dashboard and
program that improving a better quality customer service
