SUBJECT: Inaccessibility of PES Account

1. I am writing to inform you that this unit has been experiencing issues with
accessing the website https://mail.pnp.gov.ph since October 20, 2023. This issue
has severely affected our ability to use the official email platform provided by the
organization.

2. As a result, we have had to resort to using alternative means to maintain

communication, primarily through Yahoo Mail and Viber account.

3. The inaccessibility of the official email system has created challenges for
our unit, particularly in managing email transactions, including compliance
submissions. We have made every effort to ensure that essential email
correspondence, especially those related to compliance matters, is redirected to our
Yahoo Mail and Viber accounts to avoid any disruptions in our workflow.

4. We kindly request that you take immediate action to address this issue.
We understand that a reliable email system is critical for our daily operations, and
the inability to access the official email platform is impeding our efficiency and
causing inconveniences.

5. We understand the importance of maintaining a secure and reliable email

system, and we trust that you will address this matter promptly. We appreciate your
attention to this issue and look forward to the prompt resolution of the problem.
