GITS in collaboration with Al Masaood Energy HRD has developed a new Performance
Management System to track the performance of employees in a manner that is consistent and
measurable. The system relies on a combination of technologies and methodologies to ensure
people across the organization are aligned with – and contributing to – the strategic objectives
of the business across Al Masaood Energy branches.
Performance Management module comprises both performance evaluation and performance
appraisal where it’s designed to guarantee objectivity and equality giving the chance to each
employee to evaluate his own performance before reaching his direct manager then final HRD
for an objective performance evaluation score.
Each employee in the company now has access to check and fill his own performance
evaluation report for proper applicable appraisal.

To do so, please click on H.P.M module icon -> Edit -> Go to (SELF RATING) column under each
section and choose the rate from (1-5) from the drop-down list -> after finishing Click on Save -
> Submit to Manager.
Please note that 1 is the lowest rate and 5 is the highest rate.

For Department Managers (HOD), you will need to follow the same previous steps for your
department employees’ appraisals, but by filling in the (Manager Rating) column under each
section.

Once the rating is finalized by the employee and HOD, evaluation would reach HRD for final
review and evaluation of compliance.
Once completed, a final average score and percentage would appear.
