Please be informed that the application for Certificate of No Derogatory Information of

WESTERN UNION FINANCIAL SERVICES (HONGKONG) LIMITED has been signed.

In view of the current Covid-19 situation, the Commission is still implementing the “Zero
Face-to-Face Transaction”1 policy in the SEC Makati Headquarters and its former headquarters in
Mandaluyong City. In this regard, we highly encourage the transacting public to avail the services
of courier companies of their choice or through the FASCOurier in claiming the Certificates. For
inquiries about the services offered by FASCOurier, you may call 0977-034-9337 or send an email
to fascourier2023@gmail.com.

You may likewise claim the said Certificate on, 05 December 2023 from 10AM to 5PM at
the SEC Robinsons Galleria Satellite Office. Please bring the following documents in claiming the
Certification:

1. Print out of proof of Appointment for Release of Certification; and

2. Original copy of proof of payment (if the original copy of proof of payment was lost,
please present an Affidavit of Loss and Authorization Letter);
3. Authorization Letter, if not the applicant.

Should you fail to claim your Certification on your above-scheduled appointment date or
opt for it to be delivered, releasing of Certification shall be through your preferred courier
companies or through FASCOurier.
