The Gummy Papaya Candy innovation project aims to revolutionize the

The gummy papaya candy are made of sliced unripe papaya fruit. That
sweetened to enhance the unique tropical taste of the papaya, then this product
will be the organic or natural version of traditional gummy candy that originally
made from synthetic ingredients. The innovators of this product also promoting a
much healthy and accessible product that may stand out to the market.

natural goods of papaya with a chewy and tasty texture. Our unique formula uses
real papaya pure as the base, along with organic sweeteners like honey. But
what really sets us apart is our commitment to sustainability. Our eco-friendly
production methods use biodegradable molds and wrappers, reducing waste and
showing customers that we care about the planet. And don’t forget the fun
shapes and textures. Our Gummy Papaya Candy come in all sorts of shapes and
sizes, including stars, hearts, and even papaya slices themselves! The

5. Methodology:
Food Production Procedures
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients for Papaya Gummies
Ingredients: (Single Serving)
1/2 kl. Papaya (unripe)
1/2 kl. Sugar
Food Color (any color)
1 tbsp. Vanilla
Water
Step 2: Peeled the papaya, and after that cut into small cube pieces then put into bowl.
Wash the papaya cubes using flowing water to remove its resin.
Step 3: Put the papaya cubes into a pan then put a cup of water then boil it.
Step 4: After boiling blanched the papaya into a cold water then strained it.
Step 5: Air dry the boiled papaya for 30 minutes.
Step 6: Caramelized the sugar using water into a pan then add the vanilla extract.
Step 7: After the caramelization of the sugar put the papaya then let it boil.
Step 8: Hangin the sweetened papaya cubes into a bowl, then add the food color.
Step 9: Strained the sweetened papaya to remove the excess water.
Step 10: Air dry the sweetened papaya for 24 hours, then ready to serve or consume it.
