To pass their examinations and be considered by Charkos, healthcare workers must pass 3 stages of examinations. CBT: Computer-Based Exam – The first stage involves a multiple-choice computer-based online assessment that can be taken in the healthcare workers home country. OSCE: Objective Structured Clinical Exam – The second stage involves a practical exam that must be taken in the host country. OSCE requires candidates to enact a range of scenarios to demonstrate their skills. Charkos provides comprehensive country specific OSCE preparation courses. The last stage is an IELTS test. The applicant must achieve an overall score 7.0 IELTS score with 7 in reading, listening and speaking sections while 6.5 in writing.
