experience required for practising as a fully registered medical practitioner in the UK ate
achieved, BAPIO will issue a Sponsorship Registration Certificate (SRC) for General Medi-
cal Council (GMC UK) registration. This process exempts doctors from the PLAB examina-
tion, and it removes a significant barrier to entry, facilitating a smoother transition and a
