We believe that Healthcare innovation means being in touch with
human needs and in sync with the times.

Our Agora App was developed with our customers in mind. Aside from being accessible,
convenient, personal, and intuitive, it should be able to strengthen human connection.

Accessibility. Built into our Application is an online directory of doctors and providers, as well as
a map of facilities, readily viewable by our members. By providing them with a variety of nearby
options, we bring them closer to much needed care.

Convenience. Tied to access is convenience. Even before this pandemic, we have recognized that
telemedicine/teleconsultation, and other health tools, are not just mere trends but are vital
means of ensuring reimagined service delivery for healthcare in the future.

Personal. Proper Healthcare means a greater understanding of individual needs, habits, and
lifestyles. The first step of this is establishing a unique profile, then gradually building the data
around this person. Through the member profile, users can also be updated with their benefits
and current utilization.

Intuitive. Interface, design, and development will be greatly determined by our users. Routinely,
we will ask for their help and collaboration in finding glitches, technical problems, and generally,
ways to make the App more user friendly. Naturally, updates will be an ongoing process.
Commitment to this endeavor will be continuous. The goal is not perfection. Rather it is about
building an ever-evolving platform aligned with changing demands.

More than a platform, we are seeing the Agora App as a direct connection with our members and
providers. Here, we will be nurturing our relationship further with them. Hand in hand with
human relations, this is the natural progression of our promise to ensure compassionate
healthcare as an inalienable right. It is one amongst many interconnected initiatives that realize
the possibilities of a better healthcare system augmented by advancements in technology.

Agora is the way forward for healthcare. It is us being in touch with the future
