 Task 1: The Diagram below shows the production of ethanol oil from
grain. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main
features and make comparisons where relevant.

Trong bài này có rất nhiều từ lạ, cần học kĩ đó là:

 Grain storage: chứa thóc
 Miling là nghiền, xay
 Liquefaction: hoá lỏng đất
 Fermentation: lên men
 Distillation: chưng cất
 Distiller: máy chưng cất
Bố cục bài này có thể chia được thành 2 phần như sau:
 Body 1: từ đầu đến fermentation
 Body 2: từ distillation đến hết, trong đó nhớ đoạn này sẽ có hai trường hợp:
 Sau khi chưng cất, nếu thành phẩm là fuel ethanol thì sẽ được dùng để fuel market
(làm nhiên liệu)
 Còn nếu sau khi chưng cất, chỉ còn lại chất rắn (solids) thì sẽ feed market tức là đem
bán ra ngoài thị trường
The diagram describes the different stages in the process of producing ethanol oil
from grain
Overall, there are a total of twelve steps in the process of producing ethanol oil,
beginning with harvesting grain and ending with delivery of two form of finished
product
First of all, grain is collected and stored in grain storage. Subsequently, the grain is
transported to the miling to crush it into powder. Afterward, the milled grain goes
through the cooking process. Following this, the poduct is transfered to
liquefaction stage which makes solid product to the liquid product and then it is
left to ferment
After the process of distillation,solids is separated from it and leaving only the
liquid. On the one hand,the ethanol fuel is stored and shipped to customers. On the
other hand, the solids are sent to to dryer to turn to dry distilers grain. Finally, it is
shipped to the market
