Hello!

This XLS template contains validation to ensure a seamless upload into our Deal Roadshow Allocations module.

Steps to Upload
Step 1 Complete the SecurityDetails tab (overwrite placeholder data left for example purposes)
Step 2 Copy and paste your final allocations into the Allocations tab
Step 3 Save this as a .xls file (in the same format you downloaded the template) and upload it into the Allocation

Note 1: Class Names and the sum of allocations need to tie between your Security Details and Allocations tabs.

Shares_at_Launch Indications of interest at Launch
Allocation_Shares The total number of shares allocated to the investor at pricing.
Class_Comment Denotes any comments pertaining to this investor for this particilar class that you wish to archive within the Allocations modu
Class_Name The name of the Class of the notes or the equity. For equity, it could be "Common Stock" or "Class A Common Stock."
Currency Refers to the currency the security trades in or the particular tranche is denominated in.
Equity_Type Refers to the type of equity offering such as an IPO, follow-on, convertible, or secondary offering.
Exchange Refers to the name of the exchange the securities are listed on.
Range_Low Low range of pricing guidance
Range_High High range of pricing guidance
Final_Share_Price The final price per share at pricing for the security paid by investors.
Green_Shoe? A binary input that indicates whether or not the "Green Shoe" was exercised for this roadshow.
Issue_Pricing_Date The date the security "priced" in the market whereby the final allocations and share price were determined to close the orde
