Terms & Conditions

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1.Parking is chargeable at Rs.100 for 4-wheel vehicles and Rs.30 for 2-wheel vehicles.
2.Packaged / other food & beverages is not permitted into the venue including packaged water bottles.
3.TORQ03 reserves the rights to admission and to change any and all the rules & regulations without prior intimation.
4.The disclaimer form for the activities must be signed by any and every individual who is playing activities. For kids below 18 Years age, the parent or legal
guardian/host must sign on behalf of the children.
GAMES:
1.Game slots will be provided upon check in. Slots cannot be reserved prior to arrival.
2.Head Scarfs or any loose clothing shall not be permitted in go-karting for safety purposes.
3.Go Karting and Air rifle shooting will strictly not be permitted to individuals under the influence of alcohol.
4.Arcade Games that are part of the package shall not be dispensing tickets and is only for the experience.
EVENT CONFIRMATION:
1.Advance – 50% Advance payment towards complete food package amount as per minimum guaranteed agreed at time of booking.
2.Any alterations in the Booking / in the Package needs 24hours prior notice with a confirmation email from both parties.
3.10% Cancellation fees applicable on advance amount due to changes/cancellations 24hours prior.
4.Event cancellations on date of event will result in 100% non-refundable advance
BILLING & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
1.Amex cards attract a 5% convenience fee on the final billing value
2.The minimum guarantee agreed upon would be the minimum amount billed on arrival. Post consumption billing/payments not accepted
3.All packages/bookings discussed in prior are non-negotiable at the venue.
4.All payments to be settled in the date of the event with no credit facility given for the same.
5.All disputes pertaining to billing, entitlements, etc, shall be resolved in good faith at the venue or subject to the Bengaluru Jurisdiction of Law.
