The supply and distribution plan for savEconomy app's focuses on establishing exclusive
partnerships with high-end brands to reduce waste and extend market reach. Through a user-
friendly interface, partner brands seamlessly integrate their near-expiry products into the app,
supported by comprehensive guidelines. We will have a centralized inventory management that
ensures real-time updates on product availability. Also, our strategically located distribution
centers optimized to support supply chain, while collaborating with local logistics partners like
“emirates logistic LCC” will enable cost-effective and fast delivery. This supply and distribution
plan achieve savEconomy's vision to deliver sustainable and accessible service for both partner
brands and budget-conscious consumers.

Promotion Strategy
The savEconomy app's promotion approach is centered on online and social media promotion,
sales promotion and collaborations:

o online and social media promotion: we will be using different platforms like Facebook,
Instagram and twitter to build a wide presence for the savEconomy app, interacting with
users across several social channels.

o Advertising : will be through newspapers, billboards and collaborating with famous
influencer so they will promote our app to their follower through social media.
