INTRODUCTION
sewage wastewater will be treated in a more effective way to
provide fresh water vanished from bacteria, viruses, minerals, and
other chemical and physical contaminants that will save good
health live. this selected solution was designed based on
following the EDP (Engineering Design Process) and that solution
will share in achieving the SDG (sustainable development goals).
After doing several research and studies about the magnetic field
and other concepts The solution design is simulated from the
food filtration house of the oikopleura in the concepts of pumps,
meshes, and membranes. The system mainly depends on the
pressure stored in water and ejected to the filtration chamber and
the relaxation of the membranes by the force of magnetic
membranes constructed and getting rid of the remained
contaminates, which will be ordered in the system base. That
made the solution more efficient in non-requiring pumps and
reducing of fouling process.

chamber.
NdFeB (neodymium iron boron) to creat magnetic feild.
Flexible Pneumatic Bending Actuator as joints for
freely relaxing and contracting the membranes.
Methods
The system will be vertically constructed components. the system is programmed
in certain orders with water Stoichiometry and the duration of the gate opens and
closes to control the whole system polyethylene gate is opened to let water into
the filter chamber. Before the water went down it was cleaned from large particles
through the microporous gate which is always closed when the HDP gate is open.
the pressure of the water flow forced the Two magnetized membranes on each side
which represent the filtration chamber to remote and fill with water.
the magnetic membranes apply magnetic force to attach forcing only the pure
water to exit through the membranes and fast up the process of passing. The water
then flows through the pipe to reach the customer cleanly. The system's lower-end
tank collects contaminants automatically, with HDP gates at the inlet. When the
filter chamber runs out of water, both the tank gate and microporous gate open,
driving impurities toward the tank. A soft flexible adjoins connects the filter
chambers, facilitating relaxation and contracting.
RESULTS
After doing several research to reach this solution it
was found that this system is effective in solving
the cons of the traditional filters resulting in :
• Reducing the required pressure needed in usual.
• Reducing the fouling process by getting rid of
precipitated contaminates continuously.
• Deeply cleaning water from colloids, fats,
bacteria, proteins, viruses, particulates, spores,
and some chemicals.
• Avoiding unfresh water health risks.
DISCUSSION
The solution, similar to the Oikopleura filtration system, features NdFeB
membranes for automatic performance, a contaminated tank for
reducing fouling, and HDP for high-pressure resistance. HKUST-1@mPES
MMM exhibited a high pure water permeability (PWP) up to 490 L·m–2·h–
1·bar–1 and exterior from NdFeB (neodymium iron boron) is a type of
material that is highly magnetic that preforms better in fast up the
filtration process. The glass fiber microscope mish at the inlet reduces
contaminants and impurities, while the ventricle construction eliminates
contamination in the direction of exclusive food. The system's efficiency
and performance contribute to its success.
