Work Methodology for Manual Lifting

Weight Chart of Profile Sheet

For manual lifting we will use

 2 Ton capacity Certified pully
 25mm diameter lifting Rope (Nylon Rope)
 For 1” (25mm) diameter safe lifting load is 680 kg
Here maximum working load in single rope is 35kg which is far lower than
the safe lifting load (680 kg)
 For hanging pully, we will use MS pipe (1.5” Diameter) cantilever section,
which drawing is approved by Paxar technical team. Approved drawing is
attached below:
This section will be anchored with rcc slab using royal bolt, clamped with
parapet railing using pipe clamp.
 Lifting hook of cantilever section

Here we use 2nos 12mm deformed bar for making lifting hook.

Safe Working Capacity (in tons) = D x D, D-diameter of hook (inch)

Here,
Safe working Capacity=2*0.48*0.48 Ton =0.4608 ton=460.8 kg
Which is far higher than maximum working load.

 During the lifting work, lifting area will be barricaded with caution tape &
signage to avoid unwanted movements.
