To promote international support and cooperation for developing countries to

improve their water infrastructure and management, including financial and technical
assistance, capacity building, and technology transfer:
a) Encourage developed countries to increase their financial support for
developing countries in water infrastructure and management,
b) Provide technical assistance to developing countries in improving their water
infrastructure and management, including building capacity and promoting
knowledge-sharing,
c) Facilitate technology transfer to developing countries by removing trade
barriers and providing training programs;

2. To encourage developing countries to adopt efficient irrigation technologies, water

reuse, and rainwater harvesting to promote water conservation and sustainable water
use

3. To strengthen international cooperation and sharing of knowledge, experience, and

best practices in water management and conservation, through initiatives such as
regional water partnerships and joint research programs:

4. To establish monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track progress towards

achieving the sustainable development goal of providing access to clean and safe
water for all, and to share this information with member states and the international
community;

5. To call upon the international community to increase their support for developing
countries in addressing their water challenges, including through the provision of
financial resources and technical assistance;

6. To encourage member states to work closely with civil society organizations, private
sector entities, and other stakeholders to promote public awareness and participation
in water conservation and sustainable water use:

7. To call upon member states to take all necessary steps to ensure the human right to
water and sanitation is respected, protected, and fulfilled, and to address any
violations of this right through appropriate means, including legal and administrative
measures:
