Note:
▪ From start-up of the compressor and after certain run hours if the oil filter found clogged, the same has to be
replaced separately.
▪ If any other spare parts / materials found damaged / required while carrying the above scope, the same shall be
reported and customer has to arrange on priority to complete the start-up.

▪ Any lifting / shifting arrangements viz. scaffolding, Platform, Crane, Forklift etc.
▪ Customer to provide the site access, gate pass and work permits as and when required.
▪ Customer to provide necessary semi-skilled labor assistance with general tools, during entire period of work
Exclusions: -
2.1) Any other activities which are not explicitly defined to be within scope of supply/work agreed.
2.2) Any additional spare parts, materials and consumables if required other than specified above.
2.3) Warranty, COC and COO is not applicable.
2.4) Customer to provide the site access, gate pass and work permits as and when required.
2.5) Customer to provide necessary semi-skilled labor assistance with general tools, during entire period of work.
2.6) Any kind of tax like WHT or any other tax / duty is not considered in the above prices. If there is any expense on
this account, it shall be paid by customer.
2.7) We reserve the right to partial invoicing as per the deliveries done and job executed on pro-rata basis.
2.8) Any activity like painting, cladding, insulation, flushing, water balancing, chemical dosing, cleaning of
plant room and drainage of the cleaning water.
Payment Terms : 100% Advance Payment along with LPO
Lead Time : 04 to 06 weeks
Job Completion : 01 to 02 weeks from date of material delivery at site
Validity : 30 days from date of proposal
