organization. Given my background in social activities and talent for farming operations, I feel I am in a
great position to make a positive impact with ActionAid. In addition to my formal education and training my
4-year history of hands-on experiences make me on excellent match for the unique demands of this

I graduated from Agriculture Faculty from Herat University in 2018. Working as a Quality Control
Officer in Herat NSIA Directorate made me an experienced individual to get valuable experiences in
arranging monthly, quarterly and annual work plans in accordance with the general plan in order to
achieve the objectives set by the department, obtain written and final confirmation from individuals
regarding their respective individual information entered into the system, provide monthly, quarterly,
annual and if necessary relevant activities and achievements in order to inform the leadership of the
department. In addition, Working as Community Mobilizer in Support to National Priority Program in
Directorate of Agriculture, Irrigation & Livestock of Herat province helped me to get familiar with social
challenges. I learned valuable professional experiences such as establish and support Field Farmers
Schools (FFS), support in the process of beneficiary registration, community mobilization and sensitization,
assist in development of farmer groups in coordination with the district extension managers and
Community Development councils CDCs in order to work efficiently and effectively, and contribution of
beneficiaries, assist in promoting community participation and inclusion to encourage community, and a
direct involvement with farmers.
