Get ready!
Start now by planning for an exciting experience. Download the conference mobile app to view
the full schedule, book your breakout sessions and play the game! Turn on notifications to receive
important information, and remember to update your profile and connect with fellow attendees.

Plan your schedule

Through the app, you can browse the conference programme and add breakout sessions to your
schedule.

How it works: Go to the “Schedule” page and then the “All Sessions” tab. Then, go to the desired
breakout session. Read the description listed and confirm it is the session you wish to attend. Go
to “Add Session”. This will save you a seat, and the session will be added to your personal
schedule.

Why do I have to register for breakout sessions?
As there is limited capacity for each breakout session, you must register for breakout sessions to
book your seats. During the conference, punctuality is required. If you do not show up to a
booked session when it starts, your seat will be given to another participant.

What if the session I would like to attend is full?

Some breakout sessions may become full before you reserve your spot. In this case, please keep
an eye on the programme schedule as some spots may become available later. In the meantime,
please browse the available sessions to find an alternative option you are interested in.
