Introduction:

The manager Is discussing the employee how good she is at his job, how
much he understand his customers and he is very loyal to his work and the manager
is very grateful to the employee because no matter how hard she is doing his job
well that’s why he gave a big ratings to the employee. His hard work is a big help to
the company and he makes a lot of people happy and that’s a big achievement to
their company also the employee who has a good attitude and a good example to
their co-workers.

The company wants a good feed back to their customers so the employee did
well so the company have a good image to the customers that’s why the company
have a good ratings to the people.

The manager tell the employee on how good she is that’s why the employee
know on how hard working she is and that’s the company rules is on how you
manage your customers and so the employee did it well and that’s the big impact to
the company and the employee have give a good position because the employee
have a respect to her performance and have a potential to develop the company
wants. So the employee decided the promotion decision the employee.
