STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE TO OBTAIN MIGRATION CERTIFICATE

The University issue Migration Certificate to the students who have passed out
Degree / Diploma courses from this University. The Standard Operating Procedure to obtain
Migration Certificate is as follows: -
1) The student has to submit the application in prescribed format.
Application Form- PDF Format

2) Documents to be attached with the Application Form

 Original Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate
 Self-attested Passing Certificate / Final Year Pass-out Marksheet
 Bond Release Certificate (as applicable)
 Allotment letter (if available)
 Self-Declaration Form
 Self-Attested Identity Card-College Identity Card / Driving Licence / PAN Card / Adhar Card.
 Fee Receipt (Original)
3) Fees
Student has to pay the required fees online by clicking on the link ‘Online Payment’
available on University website. No fees will be accepted in cash.

4) To obtain Migration Certificate by Post

The student has to submit the Application Form duly filled in all respect in prescribed
format along-with the required documents and receipt of the fees of Rs. 1500/- (as
applicable from time to time). The student should mention the E-mail ID and Mobile
number in the application form so that the correspondence can be made for deficiency of
documents (If any). The Migration Certificate shall be dispatched by post in 10 working
days to the address mentioned in his/ her Application Form.
5) To obtain Migration Certificate by Hand
The student has to submit the complete application form in prescribed format along-with the
required documents and receipt of the fees of Rs. 2000/- (as applicable from time to time) to
the Deputy Registrar / Statistical Officer / Section Officer in the Eligibility department of
the University by 11.30 A.M. No fees will be accepted in cash. The Migration Certificate
shall be issued to the student only. However, the Migration Certificate can also be issued to
the students Father, Mother, Real Brother or Real Sister, if authorized by the student along
with their identity card.
The Migration Certificate will be issued as per this Standard Operating Procedure only.
