SAMVAAD ONLINE ENTRANCE TEST 2022

IMPORTANT NOTICE
 The result of the Online Entrance Test 'Samvaad' 2022 has been declared.
 Parents of the students selected in the 'First List' are requested to deposit the Annual
Contribution Amount by Thursday, February 10, 2022, failing which the seat shall be passed
on to the next candidate.
If seat available, the students in the 'Waiting List' will be contacted by the School Office.
Parents are requested to deposit the Contribution Amount by Monday, February 28, 2022
only after receiving the mail from the school office.
Please note that the objective of the 'Waiting List' is that in case the students in the 'Waiting
List' get the opportunity, Parents should be ready to complete the Admission process at the
earliest.
Parents of the students, selected for admission, shall have to make a onetime
payment of the Contribution Amount of Rs. 2,02,000 (Rupees Two lakh two thousand
only) within the given time period. To confirm the payment of the Contribution Amount,
kindly send the complete transaction details along with your ward’s full name and class at

 The students will be required to report in April. However, the exact date will be shared
with you a little later.
 Please do note that once the Contribution Amount is paid, incase of withdrawal due to
any reason, the Admission fees will be non-refundable.
 Kindly note given below is the list of documents that shall be required by the school at the
time of reporting. You are requested to ensure that the below mentioned documents are
completely and correctly filled.

12. Guardianship Card – Photographs to be pasted at the proper place.
13. Affidavit by the Parents – To be on a Rs.10.00 Non-Judicial Stamp paper and
Notarized by a Notary.
14. Indemnity Letter - To be on a Rs. 10.00 Non-Judicial Stamp paper and notarized by a
Notary.
15. Undertaking – To be on a Rs. 100.00 Non-Judicial Stamp paper and notarized by a
Notary.
16. Health Record Form – Student must be examined by a MBBS Doctor and the form
should have a sealed with a signature over it.
17. Caste Certificate (if applicable)

 All forms required at the time of admission are available on the school website
www.acharyakulam.org. Kindly take the printout of all these forms and fill them completely
and correctly.
 At the time of reporting at Acharyakulam, kindly bring all these forms for submission at the
Admin. Office.
 Please be informed that a child would be given Admission only after all the documents
of the child are found OK after being checked by the School. If, at the time of checking, any
discrepancy is found in any document of the child or if the School Management is not
satisfied, the admission of the child shall stand cancelled and after deducting the
admission charges the deposited amount shall be returned.
 In case the TC of a child cannot be submitted on the reporting date, his/her parents will
be given time up to April 30, 2022 to deposit the same. However, the date of submitting
the TC, Birth Certificate & Report Card of the child shall be considered as the Admission
date of the child.
 All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Haridwar only.
