 Introduction

• The main functions of the online bookstore system

modules are divided into two categories, one for the
consumer demand for books on the front of the
functional modules, and the other is for the
administrator of the background function modules.
• The system design is divided into two categories one for
customers who wants to purchase or wants e-books on
rent , in this case there are five stages namely 1,2,3,4
and 5 state.
• 1 status is waiting for the payment status, indicating
that the order has just been generated yet payment; 2
state is waiting for the delivery status, indicating that
the order has been paid but the administrator has not
shipped; 3 state is waiting for confirmation, that the
administrator has But the consumer has not confirmed
the receipt; 4 state is the transaction successful state,
that the administrator shipped, the consumer has
confirmed receipt, once the order for the 4 state, the
status of the order can not be changed. 3
 USERS

• There are two different users who will be using this product:
• 1. buyers
• 2. sellers
• Administrator can view and edit the details of anyone, user can add new users and he can edit and delete
a user. The user can add edit and delete details for the Customer.
• costumer can view their profile details and they can edit their details. A Customer can register as user
and can add edit and delete his profile.
• Once Customer has registered on the portal with all necessary details and if he goes to apply for
examination then he will not be needed to fill those details again hence it will be automated.
• The features that are available to the Administrator are:
• Admin user have to login into the system to use the system. Admin can enable or disable Customer
account. He can also edit Customer information in database. He can also search any Customer in the
system by entering his name or username.
• Administrator will now not be needed to open and close registration form manually which will be
automated i.e. once admin provides the dates of opening and closing dates of registration then forms will
be automatically available on expected date.

another customer who needs that book . • Another customer purchase it : Another registered
customer can contact the first customer with the help of integrated messaging system and ask for
purchasing.
• Makes accessing of books easier: Sometimes it becomes difficult to get the books of our need but
with the help of this system we can access these books .
• Provides e books: Users have the option to access the other e books in separate e book section
which are available for free as well as paid .
• Provides User Profiles To manage bookmarks wish list and favourites : A separate section for user
called ‘My Library‘ is available where users have account of book read by them and to read as well
as favourites.

• Modules of the AUTOMATED ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM

• Following are the main module of AUTOMATED ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM.

• Login module:

• Login module will help in authentication of user accounts. Admin or Customer should have valid login id and password to
login into the system.

• Search module:

• This module is useful to search any Customer information. User can enter Customer name and system will give all the details
of this system. In manual system this task is very time consuming and tedious but in proposed Customer registration system,
you can do it within few seconds. So using this module administrator can easily search the Customer by specifying the name
of the Customer in the search criteria.

• Registration Module

• This module help Customer to get registration. Using this system user can get registered by filling up the registration form
online. After registration Customer can also edit the personal information.

• Lecture / Tutorial module

• This module allows Customers to attend lectures provided by admin in lecture section. Making whole process convenient for
audience.

• User Management:

• Only admin can access this module. Admin can enable or disable a Customer account from this module. He can also edit
Customer information from this module.
