    Abstract (Summery of proposed research):

    At present the highway management is using only bill generation system. They are providing a receipt
    at the entrance toll gate with entrance Id and other details with a barcode. When the user exits the
    highway, the user must present the receipt at the exit toll, with scanning the barcode they are providing
    the bill to customer. In case of losing the receipt the driver must pay full payment of the highway and
    also no any automated system to generate monthly/day wise reports of highway users as well the police
    department expects an automated system to fine speed violators and vehicle tracking system.
