DEVELOPMENT
Human capital in modern companies is essential since we are in a very
globalized world, in which technological changes are essential to the
achievement of business objectives. Organizations today are responsible for
providing employees with more responsibilities, so that they make important
decisions in the company and their point of view is taken into account, also the
way to promote and grow, thus achieving a fulfillment that makes the employee
feel proud of yourself. A very interesting strategy is incentives that help the
company remain positioned, obtaining levels of satisfaction internally, which
means that external results arrive on their own. Have more flexible schedules in
which they can adapt and each employee continues to look for a way to achieve
both personal and work stability.
Human capital theory tells us that companies decide on the amount of human
capital investment by making comparisons with future benefits, for example
improvements in production controls. Human capital in this context refers to
technical training and accumulation of knowledge of employees.
Human capital is defined as the lever of profits in the knowledge economy. It is
the intellectual asset that goes home every day in the minds of employees. It is
also defined at the individual level as the combination of four factors: genetic
inheritance, education, experience and attitudes towards life and work. It is a
source of innovation and strategic renewal. The essence of human capital is the
true intelligence of the members of the organization.
Various authors have defined human capital as the capabilities of individuals,
which are a source of innovation and renewal within companies, as an inventory
of skills and knowledge of individuals within an organization or as the
knowledge that employees acquire. they take home when they leave the
company at the end of the day
