Deposits via Agents

Pre requirements

For using Tanzania local payment system as a deposit method you need to verify at least one
phone number and ID.
Please note that the phone number should be available for receiving calls from payment agents.

How to replenish a trading account via agents

Please start with the “Deposit” section of the Member's area. Here is a link
https://dashboard.templerfx.com/finance/deposits

You need to select an MT4 trading account and then the “Mobile Money Tanzania (agent).

After that insert a deposit sum and pick up a bonus if needed.

The minimum deposit sum is 10$ and the maximum is 500$ for every transaction.

When the transaction is submitted this message appears.

You need to confirm that the phone number is available for receiving incoming calls from an
agent.

If your phone number will be unreachable or incorrect your deposit request and phone number
verification will be cancelled.

When you confirm the phone number the deposit request is going to execution.

You should request a confirmation of the transaction ID# first to ensure you are dealing with an
authorized agent.

Please don’t share this deposit ID with anybody.

You can see your deposit request in the deposit history list.

Then just wait until an Agent calls or texts you and discusses the method of sending TZS.
When the Agent receives TZS he confirms the transaction and you will see that the transaction
changed its status to “Completed”. Sometimes you need to refresh the page for seeing a status
changing.

Please note that if you don’t pick up an agent’s call your deposit request will be cancelled by
Agent.

Cancellation of a deposit request

If you need to cancel your deposit request you need to find it in the list and double click on it.

Then click to the “Cancel deposit” button.

Please don’t cancel a deposit request if you sent funds to the agent.

Withdrawals via Agents

Pre requirements

For using Tanzania local payment system as a withdrawal method you need to verify at least
one phone number and ID.
Please note that the phone number should be a valid e-wallet for receiving funds from a
payment agents and for incoming calls from an Agent.

How to make a withdrawal request via agents

The process of creating a withdrawal request via Agent is the same as via other payment system. You
need to start with the page Withdrawals https://dashboard.templerfx.com/finance/withdrawals

Then select the trading account and the method “Mobile money Tanzania (Agent)” and an ewallet
where you want to receive funds.

Also, you need to insert the sum of funds in USD you want to receive. Also you will see the
approximate sum in TZS.

After submitting your request, you will see the information page with a transaction details.

On this step you need to wait for the phone call from an Agent and discuss the transaction
details.

Please note that if it’s you first withdrawal to the ewallet, you need to confirm by clicking the
button in a confirmation email.
