FIRST YEAR OF UG COURSE ADMISSION : 2023-2024


Students seeking admission to various under-graduate courses of FIRST YEAR are required
to note the following guidelines regarding admission process.

• Visit Mumbai University website www.mum.digitaluniversity.ac and register for Pre Admission
Online Enrollment form.
• College Code No. 57 – Guru Nanak Khalsa College of Arts, Science and Commerce (Autonomous)

• Visit college website www.gnkhalsa.edu.in for admission notification and admission

• After clicking on the admission form link students should register for a new account
to be able to fill up college admission form for any course by providing valid email ID
/ Mobile phone for receiving OTP. Using the said OTP you can activate your account.

• Fill-up the correct information by choosing course the student wish to apply for
admission.
• For FYBA / FYBSc please chose the Major and Minor subjects in order of preference.

• Students are required to upload the required documents including grade cards of all
semesters, as may be applicable. (To avoid errors in uploading documents, use
Google Chrome browser and in case you are using your mobile phone then upload
via the camera function on your phone).
• After submission of the admission form at the backend the college staff shall verify
the documents and eligibility criteria for admission to the course sought by the
student;
• After verifying the credential the college authority shall allot the subjects as far as
FYBA AND FYBSc is concerned.
• Admission to other than Aided courses viz. FYBA, FYBSC, FYBCOM, all self-financed
courses admission will be done based on merit. The schedule for the merit list is
given in the admission notification.
• Once the admission is approved by the college authority the students will receive
SMS intimation within 24 hours for payment of fees through online.
• After the payment is received to the college the fee receipt will get generated and
the same can be downloaded.
• Students having any technical difficulties in logging in or submitting the form, they
can send WhatsApp message to hotline +91 7506005915, which will be answered
immediately.
• Students can also visit the help-desk at the college campus for direct assistances
between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm on working days.
