Part1 Email Registration Manual

Note that you will not be able to register before
registration period. An error will appear on the screen.

Applicable persons ※Those who have resigned before November 30, 2023 cannot apply for
Year-End Tax Adjustment via LEOC!
Those who meet both ◇Those whose main income is from LEOC（Even in the case of having an additional

We provide web application support such as call center, paper manuals, and web manuals!
You can also apply from your family's smartphone or computer, so please cooperate with the
year-end tax adjustment via online application.
Even if you are to file a tax return by yourself, or have dependents,
if your main source of income is from LEOC, please be sure to do the
Year-End Tax Adjustment!
If the year-end tax adjustment is not performed, the tax table classification
will change to "乙" and the income tax rate will increase.

※If you do not apply online during the period...※

Only the declaration of dependent deductions will be accepted at a later date for Year-end Tax Adjustment.
However, we do not accept tax deductions for insurance premiums, so you need to declare your tax by yourself.
In addition, excess and deficiency refunds and withholding slips will be issued in January.
