anyone to temper with or o involve individuals that are not ethically matured and
not involved in a situation.

Second guardian are not allowed when helping patient to avoid publicity of patient
personal healthy statues are only allowed in case of patient under age or the

And all the record are not allowed to be access by any one in the way that many

Some offices that are sensitive that to the extent that no one need to be informed
about it but people can identify the activities like HIV testing area and ARV
RECEIVING AREA are placed in black site to reduced patients information being
known / to increase patients privacy but also boost confidence since some of the
patient the are discouraged because of the location of the our facility most of the
time mostly those who have just recently contacted the virus and new in the
treatment.

The one conducting the test if related to the patient or are having special
connection in the community are not allowed to conduct such test because there
might be hurtled between them and patient may not feel comfortable in the
community that may reduce victim life span duel to stress some may end there life.

When reporting patient result if the test is sensitive like HIV the professional must
first evaluate the state of the client then report it or assign them another day when
they are stable and settled and if the patient and if not sensitive, all result are
reported in a close room for privacy

All results are coded with special system at the hospital words like negative and
positive and they are not given to and individual who is not involved in treating a
patient

Patient privacy is good because it improves the following:

1. Patient and doctor/professional trust

dysfunction
4. Can create a batter interaction between a patient and physician
