·1. Delhi De\·elopment Authorit\· (DDA) invites e-Auction for the sale Residential
Plots as per details described at ANNEXURE: I and ANNEXURE: Il under the hi

It will be presumed that the bidder has visited the site and satisfied
himself/herself with the prevalent site conditions in all respects including status
and infrastructural facilities available, etc. before participating in the e-Auction
and submitting the bid.
1.3 Proposal Preparation Cost: The Bidder shall be responsible for all the msts
associated with the preparation his bid and participation in the
bidding process. DDA will not be responsible or in any way liable such costs,
regardless o£ the conduct or outcome of bidding.
1.4. Language and Currency: The Proposal for bid and related correspondence
and docurnents shall be written in the English languagt:. The curre.nC\'
purpose of the Proposal shall be the Indian Rupee (INR).
1.6. Clarifications: To assist in the process of evaluation of Proposals for bids, DDA
n1ay, at its sole discretion, ask any Bidder for clarification on its ProposaL
request for clarification and the response shall be in wTiting or b\· facsimile. No
ch21nge in the substance of the Proposal of bids would be permitted by such
clariiica tions.
1.7 Amendment of E-Auction Document: At any timt~ prior to the Proposal bid

intending purchaser has inspected the site and has familiarized himself/herself

Pocket 4, Sector 23b Dwarka (Plot 10: 794 ).
It has been a few days since i have had no update from DDA for my bhoomi portal login details.
I request you to kindly update me with the details cause according to the terms and conditions of the DDA e-Auction. i was
supposed to deposit 25% of EMD within 7 days of the auction after receiving the LOI and being declared as H1.
I have not received LOI or bhoomi portal login and I have my 25%EMD ready. I do not want DDA to forget about it for any
reason and as a result my 5% EMD deposited before auction is forfeited by DDA as a mistake.
I have also called customer care a few times to ask. They have asked me to stay put. But its been 10 days and I have not

I was participating in an auction held by dda on 22-04-2022 for a residential plot in Dwarka, Sector 238, Pocket 4.
I was declared as H1 in e-auction on tender wizard. and the tender wizard portal says the bid has been accepted.
However, as of today I have not received any email communication from DDA for my bhoomi portal login details, or the
LOI.
As per the terms and conditions for the auction i was to deposit 25% of total price within ?days. My payment is ready,
please share the details with me at earliest.
