First Paragraph- It should be businesslike in manner of starting you letter.State who and when you get to
know about the job opening.

Second Paragraph- State your qualifications that make you qualify for the job opening,Set your self
assure the prospective employer that you process all the qualifications they are looking for.Give the
highlights of your qualification particularly those related to the job are you applying for.

Third Paragraph- State of all related accomplishments you have enclosed your RESUME or BIODATA for
further information about your qualification.Request for an appointment and specify where and how
they can get it touch with you for personal interview.

HOW TO FILL UP AN APPLICATION FORM

- An application form is to be filled up either before the interview or after the interview.
✓ Your qualifications and as a counter check with what you have put in your resume
✓ Ability to follow directions
✓ Completeness and legibility of your penmanship

Those that I understood from my topic;

*State clearly in your opening sentence the purpose for your letter and a brief professional
introduction. Specify why you are interested in that specific position and organization. Provide
an overview of the main strengths and skills you will bring to the role.
*The end of your cover letter should be professional, courteous, and convey your enthusiasm for
the position, which is achieved by using closing statements for example “Sincerely”, “Yours
truly”, “Best regards”, and “Thank you for your time”.

*Content of an Effective Application Letter means:

-Your letter should immediately indicate what position you are applying for and then
giveinformation that demonstrates why you should be considered for the position. Do not repeat
all of the information contained in your resume
