NB Program Running Order is not the same as the rehearsal schedule. Items in
red in the above list will be performing in the first half. Numbers illustrate the
order of program for first and second half of the concert.

Concert start time: Wednesday 6th December 7pm – 9.30pm Auditorium.

All instrument cases should be left in the New Examinations Hall (NEH).
Students with instruments to arrive no later than 6.30pm and go to the NEH
and wait to be called down to the Auditorium for all items in the first half.
If you are only in the 2nd half of the concert you should watch the concert from
the Balcony seats, then go to the NEH in the interval to tune up/warm up. If
you are only in the 1st half, you should watch the concert in the 2nd half from
the Balcony seats.
Tickets should be bought at the cashier’s office in reception for your friends
and family.

Staffing Logistics – backstage GH/MV/SJ/JH/IZ/NV/AM/MM/AC/JLF

Staff are responsible for their own ensembles and choirs, tuning them up and
bringing them down from the NEH to the Auditorium when requested. Holding
areas will be the Green Room, F2 and the courtyard. Please be ready, keeping
them quiet backstage, 3 items before you are due to go on stage.

Please can I remind ALL singers and anyone who wishes to sing the last few
Festive songs with the Jazz Band to appear on stage for the last item of the
program. This is open to all performers who took part in the concert to be
ready backstage to go on stage in their festive jumpers, tinsel, hats and
crackers while the Jazz Band perform in the penultimate item of the concert.
