A five(5) year limited warranty is available on the following products.
HSR, VSR, SmSR, IcSR, SHC, FHC, FHC2C heating cables and associated

10 YEAR
Product
A ten(10) year limited warranty is available on the following products.
FBL,FBH,FBX and FBZ self-regulating heating cables and
Warranty PYEX-EP series components for heating cable termination

To benefit from this product warranty, the customer
must complete and retain the installation, inspection
or commissioning record(s) provided with installation
manual. Also the customer shall complete warranty
registration form and fax it to SOLCO PYROELEC within
thirty (30) days from the installation. Otherwise only
standard terms and conditions apply.
상기 제품 보증을 적용 받기 위해서는 고객은 설치 매뉴얼에서
제공하는 수입검사, 시공 그리고 시운전 기록을 작성 유지하여야
합니다. 또한 제품 설치 후 30일 내에 솔고파이로일렉 영업 대리점에
모든 기록들을 Fax및 이메일로 송부하여야 합니다. 그렇지 않은
경우 기본 보증 조건만 적용됩니다.
