1. What is the normal body temperature?

The normal body temperature is 37C. Less than 35C is cold called hypothermia
which is icy cold skin, slow pulse, and low blood pressure. While above 38C is
extremely heat which it can lead to death.

2. How does cold causes injury to the body?


There are local effects of cold causes injury to the body first is the Frostbite is the
tissue death from vascular spasm or thrombosis. Second is Trench feet or Immersion foot is
an injury to foot and occurring after sustained exposure to cold under moist condition or cold
water.

3. What will you do if you are in an open field during a thunderstorm?


I will seek shelter immediately, even if caught out in the open field. In a
thunderstorm, there is nowhere outside that is safe. If you find yourself outside far from a
safe place, avoid standing near towering items like fences, cables, poles, and trees. Find
somewhere low to take cover. The safest method while in thunderstorm is get indoors like
houses for about 30 mins or stay inside the car that is hard-topped vehicle and not safe are on
open field and taking shelter on the tree. Furthermore if you cannot get indoors or in a
vehicle, go to the lowest area and make yourself as small a target as possible
