Introduction

Hi, I'm Cory

I'm an IFBB Bikini Pro, fitness

and performance coach,
currently completing my
education to become a
registered nurse and founder of
Cory Fit Coaching LLC.

I currently work with competitors and lifestyle clients

from all backgrounds and demographics, assisting in
coaching and consulting on applied physique sports
performance and risk management.

My secret? I put a lot more into the parts of coaching that

matter most.

“Knowing exactly what needs to be done to

change your body composition.
I want to give you that. ”

Whether it’s performance or habit stacking, hands-on

coaching can help you lose weight and understand how
to keep it off.

2
MAKING THE
DECISION
I aim to do something other than
motivate you to grace the
bodybuilding stage. Many athletes are
objectively worse off by wanting to stay
active as a competitor.

The bikini division has always been

regarded as a relatively attainable look.
That's the selling point, right?

However, over the last several years,

this 'beach-body' look has continued
on an upward trajectory, challenging
the attainability more and more every
year.

NOW WHAT?
You've got to understand there's no turning
back at this point.

A consequence of this growth? Both in the

level of competition and number of athletes,
many are not only exposed to the use of
performance-enhancing drugs early on, but
instead, they are pushing to use
enhancements to expedite the process on
their #roadtopro.

This isn't a persuasive piece. I aim to provide

clarity surrounding female PED use and
understand the associated risks.

3
COME UP WITH
A STRATEGY
The first step is defining what's
essential about your femininity and
what aspects you are unwilling to
compromise.

Sadly, this is typically something that

happens after the fact. Developing
clear and tangible 'wills' and 'will nots'
will help inform every step of the
decision-making process moving
forward.

Setting thresholds for yourself is

essential: these boundaries will tell
everything from deciding on which
types of compounds are a part of the
discussion as well as the minimum
and maximum duration of use for
PEDs that do come with a higher risk.

You may have one overarching goal

or many specific ones—for example, if
you're looking to become an IFBB Pro,
setting up your timeline in advance
can allow you to make better(safer)
decisions when selecting an AAS.

Let's take this example further with

practical steps like establishing
training performance through better
program design or optimizing your
time out of prep to facilitate more
muscle growth. We can better
measure the effectiveness of an AAS if
we've maximized all of our other
variables.

4
CHECKLIST
Considerations YES NO ???

Is there truly a necessity specific to your division?

Is It possible to attain the desired physique naturally?

Have you spent 2-3 years maximizing the other variables ( training,
nutrition, sleep, stress management)?

Do I understand the short and long-term risks associated with PED

usage?

Do I have a fundamental understanding of how PEDs function

mechanistically?

Am I well-acquainted with the safety and risk criteria related to

different compounds?

Do I have access to quality PEDs to minimize risks?

Am I grounded in what aspects of my femininity are non-negotiable?

Am I familiar with the lab markers that need to be monitored

before, during, and after PED usage?

Am I familiar with the support supplements or drugs required for PED

usage?

Do I have the financial means to cover labs, drugs, supplements,

and the extra time needed to keep a check on all variables?

If having children is a significant part of my life's plan, have I

communicated this to my coach?

Do I feel any direct or indirect pressure to use PEDs from my coach?

In other words, If I decided not to, would my coach treat me
differently? Is my coach versed in interpreting lab work?

Is my coach versed In Interpreting lab work?

Have I committed to every other aspect of the sport thus far?

UNDERSTANDING

VIRILIZATION
Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) can lead to many side effects,
especially in females. These effects span from the physiological to the
cosmetic and can have profound implications for overall health and
wellbeing.

Femininity and Menstrual Health: An often-overlooked aspect when

considering PED usage is its potential effect on the menstrual cycle.
Maintaining a regular, ovulatory menstrual cycle does not just indicate
reproductive health. Still, it's also a cornerstone of female health and
femininity. AAS, in particular, can disrupt this cycle, emphasizing its
placement as the last deployment line.

In the debate of Non-AAS vs. AAS, the priority should always be

safeguarding health, femininity, and long-term wellbeing. While the
allure of faster progress might be tempting, the potential costs –
especially for female users – must always be at the forefront of decision-
making.

6
SUPPRESSION OF GONADOTROPINS

& OVULATION
One of the primary effects of AAS
usage in females is the suppression
of gonadotropins, specifically the
decline in FSH (Follicle Stimulating
Hormone) and LH (Luteinizing
Hormone). This leads to reduced
estrogen (E2) and progesterone
(P4).

Estrogen (specifically E2) is crucial in

protecting various bodily systems. It
safeguards the hair, skin, brain,
heart, kidneys, bones, and the
vaginal lining. A decline in E2 levels
can put these systems at risk.

Over time, the suppression of

gonadotropins and subsequent loss
of ovulation can significantly
damage various organ systems and
lead to virilization.

HOW TO MONITOR

1. Voice Deepening:
Regular monitoring using the
'Voice Pitch Analyzer App' can
help detect changes in voice pitch,
indicating potential vocal cord
thickening.

2. Physical Changes:
Maintaining standardized front and back
profile pictures can assist in observing
changes like acne, hair growth or loss,
facial structure alterations, and clitoral
enlargement.

3. Organ Health:
Monitoring serum levels with lab work Informed decisions backed
can establish a baseline calcium score by regular monitoring can
help mitigate the risks
and offer insights into the health of the
associated with AAS use.
reproductive organs, heart, kidneys, Knowledge and vigilance
pancreas, and liver. Tools like the 'Flo are the keys to balancing
Period and Ovulation Tracker App,' performance
Basal Body Temperature enhancement with health
measurements, and serum tests for LH, preservation.

FSH, E2, and P4 can be beneficial for

maintaining ovulatory health.

DIVISION'S NEEDS
HAVE A LOOK BELOW FOR THE KEY DIFFERENCES AND INFORMATION
REGARDING THE FEMALE DIVISIONS

BIKINI
THE MUSCULARITY OF OUR
DIVISION IS INCREASING
COMPARED TO PRIOR YEARS. WE
SEE THIS LIMITED TO THE DELTS
AND GLUTES. QUAD AND FIGURE
HAMSTRING DEVELOPMENT
VARIES GREATLY. THE STANDARD ATHLETES SHOWCASE A BALANCE
FOR GLUTE DEVELOPMENT, IN BOTH THEIR UPPER AND LOWER
SPECIFICALLY TIE-IN VISIBILITY, IS BODIES, EMPHASIZING SYMMETRY
NOT FAR FROM WHAT WE SEE IN WITH HIGHLIGHTS LIKE ROUNDED
WELLNESS. HOWEVER, THERE IS DELTS, A PRONOUNCED "V" TAPER,
STILL DISPARITY IN DENSITY. AND FULLY DEVELOPED GLUTES.
WHILE AAS USE ARGUABLY IS WHILE THE CONDITIONING DOES
NECESSITATED, AT THE PRO NOT REACH THE LEVELS SEEN IN
LEVEL, THIS IS LESS DEFINITIVE OTHER DIVISIONS LIKE WOMEN'S
THAN OTHER DIVISIONS. PHYSIQUE, IT'S NOTABLE THAT THE

REQUIREMENT.

THE PREVALENCE OF AAS USE

OLIVIA WILSON 9 WORKBOOK

CLOSING
THOUGHTS
1. Anavar shouldn't be your first exposure to PEDs

2. All AAS accrue tissue at relatively the same rate

3. Fat burning is a poor use for an AAS

4. AAS won't build muscle that's not there

5. 2.5-5mg of Anavar doesn't mean running it for 20 weeks

6. Starting dose of Anavar isn't 10mg, nor is it 20mg

7. Just bc it's prescribed doesn't mean it's an appropriate dose

8. Anavar is often faked
