SILICONE INFLATABLE SEALS & GASKETS

Inflatable Gaskets functions like a cycle tube. When inflated it seals the bowl and ensures proper sealing.
It is being made up of Neoprene Rubber or Silicone Rubber. These gaskets are inflated by 6-10 mm when

SILICONE RUBBER SLEEVES - For Corona Treatment and Electrical Applications

Our Corona treatment Rubber Sleeves are chemically stable with no harmful toxic or physiological
effects. Electrically insulating and formulated for maximum resistance to ozone and corona discharge.
Die electric strength of normal silicone sleeve is around 22 KV/MM. We manufacture silicone sleeves by
fully automatic microwave continuous curing systems. We ensure uniform diameter throughout and
nice surface finish. Suitable for continuous operation at 180°C and intermittent operation at higher

SILICONE RUBBER CORKS / STOPPERS / SEPTA GASKETS

A Bung, Stopper or Cork is a truncated cylindrical or conical closure to seal a container such as bottle,
tube or barrel. Unlike a lid, which encloses a container from outside without displacing the inner
volume, a bung is partially inserted inside the container to act as a seal. These can be used for all types

PTFE ENVELOPE GASKETS

PTFE Envelope Gaskets provide positive, trouble-free sealing in most applications ranging from mild to
severely corrosive environments. PTFE envelope gaskets are available in a broad range of standard sizes
and configurations, as well as custom sizes upon request. They are designed to handle solvents and
corrosives in the chemical field and are also widely used in food processing and other lines where
contamination must be avoided. We offer PTFE Envelop Gasket (Milled type) up to 1200 mm ID. These
