As preparation for M ock

survey visit to Al-M
Maha Centre , some therapists were
assigned for the below :-
- M s. S amah, M s. H ouda & M s. H oneylet: will
assist the therapist in their program or area to update
their personal file as per the requirement from quality
department in AWH
H.
- M r. H ashir will review the toys disinfections policy
and send summary to all of you. ( attached was old
document i prepared ).
- M r. Ammar, M r. Ahmad Adawy & M s. M aha will
summarize the 3 attachment with most important
questioned related to therapist.
- M r. M ohd H ussein will send document with location
of : fire extinguisher, spill kit, hazardous material file,
JCI boards.... etc
- M r. Amer will orient day care program staff about
some JCI requirements.
On Wed 8th Mar, 7:15 - 7:40 am Mr. Mohd Hussein will orient autism
program staff of location of fire extinguisher, spill kit,
hazardous material file, JCI boards.... etc
On Thur 9 th M ar, 7 :1 5 - 7 :4 0 am
M r. Ahmad Adawy will orient EIP program staff of
location of fire extinguisher, spill kit, hazardous material
file, JCI boards.... etc

location & direct the JCI reviewer if he is asked
about.

I would like to bring into your attention that there will JCI mock survey
for the AWH (Joint Commission International) accreditation, which is an essential step
in ensuring that we maintain our high standards of patient care and safety. ( Please
find attached the details of the mock survey schedule ).
Al-Maha Centre is a new building under AWH will be included in the round. In line
with this visit, each staff is requested to answer questions related to:-

Infection Prevention and Control board: Kindly maintain your rooms organized &
toys are frequently disinfected.
Location of the E-cart & fire extinguisher.
Emergency codes.
Patient & Family Education board.
SQE ( staff qualification & Education ) Medical Staff files: all staff had updated
certificate for HMC mandatory courses – license not expired
 Patient Medical Records: maintain updated patient chart & use ISBAR for
handover.

Kindly wear your HMC ID & mask all the time.
