History- My favorite subject

Eveyone should know what happened in the past of our country and other countries. So the
government introduced history into students’ subjects, and my favorite subject is history. Histoy
is series of parts events surrounding humans’ life. For example, I am taught World war I and
World war II in my class. past. I really like it because I want to explore what happened in the
past. Moreover, when I learn history, the teacher always tells me an attractive historical story.
That is the main reason makes me keen on history. I am learned two parts of history by my
teacher .There are World history and Vietnam history. In history lesson, my friend and I watched
a lot of with historical dramas. My teacher also lets me give the presentations of history. Finally,
if you don’t know what subjects you like, you can try history.

An important person
Vladimir Ilyich Lenin was born in 1870, and died in 1924, Russia. He was a Russian
revolutionary politician and political theorist. He also was one of the founders and the
government of the Soviet Union. Under his leadership, Russia transformed into one-party state
headed by the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. Marxist theory was absorbed and continued
to be developed by him. He called on the people to protest against czar Nicolas II, so he was
arrested for 3 years. He played a important role in leading Bolshevik faction against Menshevik
faction. When the World War I happened , Lenin called on workers to turn the war into a
proletarian revolution, overthrew capitalism and built socialism. After the February revolution in
1917, Lenin returned to the Russia to directly lead the October revolution victory. I chose this
person because he was one of the person who marked the beginning of a socialist country.
Moreover, it affected the whole world, including Vietnam.
