Manual for creating and completing new connection order(ZNCO) for AP Hi-

tech / Hi-density farming


1) From CC id, Create BP for AP consumer normally.

2) After creating BP click on create new connection order ZNCO and fill the mandatory fields
and select the connection type APHT.
3) Click on "Save" button. Service order will be generated and CA no. will be generated.

4) Identify CA/BP in CRM and click on "Gen. DMD note for ZNCO,ZLCH" tab.

5) Select the required documents from the check list and click on "Save" button.
6) Document checklist created. Click on tick button.

7) Initial Security, meter security and processing fees will get posted in the demand notice.
8) Click on back button and if service connection required at this stage select yes for posting
service connection charges.

9) Clear all the payments from cashier id and check amounts cleared in Account balance in ISU.

10) Identify CA in CRM from JE id and click on "Create TMD" tab.


11) Select the ZNCO order and click on continue button.

12) Click on Yes button to copy BP address to connection object. If any change in address is
required select NO.

13) Connection object and Device location will be created. Click on OK button.
14) In the Create Installation page enter Business Class of "IND" and select Rate Cat.
"APHT_DPC" and enter MRU and click on Save button twice.

15) Premise and Installation will be created. Click on "OK" button.


16) Message will be displayed to check TMD by using refresh button. Click on "OK" button.

17) Check TMD in ISU by clicking on refresh button.

NOTE:- 1) After creating TMD, Kindly follow next procedure for Device Installation order as usual.
2) Select Connection type APHT at the time of new connection order and select Business class
"IND" and rate category "APHT_DPC" at the time of creating TMD.
3) For existing AP high-tech/ High-density connections where rate category is not correct, Kindly
follow site investigation order for correcting rate category.
4) Also check there is difference of service connection charges for AP High-tech and normal AP
connections. Kindly adjust through sundry if required for the existing AP High-tech consumers.
