Conclusions and results This study explores the seismic vulnerability of the existing URMM
in Bhaktapur district as per revised NBC 105:2020. The linear time h
done through the FEM modelling in SAP2000. The building’s perfor
through modal analysis to determine the time period, base shear, a
displacement. The fragility curve is also generated to determine the
building destruction during the future earthquake at various PGA’s.
