Artificial Intelligence had caught the attention in various field as an

information technology. It helps with reduced error, accurate and speedy results and
diagnoses and prescription. AI has been adapted by various fields including medicine.
Suspicious objects in radiographs can be easily detected and examined.

Historically, radiologist visually examines the images for characterization

and detection. However, with the use of AI, it can be easily recognized and create
patterns with numerical radiographic characterization. More accurate and reproducible
radiology assessments can then be made when AI is integrated into the clinical
workflow as a tool to assist physicians.

Lung cancer is one of the common and deadly tumors, with the help of AI
nodules can be easily identified and can be examine whether malignant or benign.
Artificial Intelligence created a huge difference in imaging. It made diagnosis even faster
and accurate without compromising the patient’s situation. Medical fields that rely on
imaging which includes radiology had make the most of AI.

In mammography, AI can assist radiologist in interpretation and

examination of macrocalcifications. Artificial intelligence also helps in detection of
calcium deposits and can help prevent further complications. It helps radiologist made
their job easier and faster but with accurate diagnoses.
