    I am KATHLEEN B. ANUNGOS, a bonafide resident of Dibagat, Kabugao,


    Apayao. I’m a former of recipient of Apayao Student Assistance Program
    (ASAP) and successfully finished my Degree Bachelor of Science in
    Agriculture major in Animal Science at Apayao state College-Conner
    Campus of which your office is a prime contributory factor of such success.

    I wish to inform your good office that I am enrolled in the Licensure


    Examination for Agriculture (LEA) in-house review classes at the Cagayan
    State University, Piat-campus, Barangay Baung, Piat, Cagayan.

    In view of this, I wish to signify my intent to apply for the student Assistance
    Program (ASAP) of the Apayao Provincial Government.

    I am looking forward for your favorable action.
