About the Author
Introduction

It has been over 2 decades since the first Matrix movie was released. I
remember all the commotion when it first was in the cinema, it was a huge hit
and people just couldn’t wait for the next movie. While I was still too young
to enjoy it truly, I decided to watch them again a few years later, and again
and again, I just couldn’t stop. But what I did notice was that I always cooked
something to eat while watching the movie.
I set down and I remembered what I ate and I decided to write a Matrix-
inspired cookbook that I am sure all of you fans out there will enjoy. Of
course, I tried to recreate some food from the movies.
The difference between us eating and the people inside the Matrix is that we
actually taste the food, while they are feeling the stimulating electrical
signals. This was giving them the impression of different tastes.
So, if they can’t enjoy food for real, we can do it for them. I wasn’t sure how
I wanted to approach this cookbook so I finally decided to give you a wide
range of different types of dishes so that you and your whole family or
friends will enjoy it. And, trust me, tell them that what they are eating at the
moment came from the Matrix, they will love it even more.

About the Author
The one thing she loves more than cooking is eating. Yes, Betty Green enjoys
tasting new dishes and loves to experiment with food. While sticking to the
classics is also a thing, she wants to create recipes that people can enjoy
daily.
She really understands the struggle of choosing the next lunch or dinner or
what they should serve at their parties. So, she makes sure that her recipes are
not only great for family dinners, or even a single dish but for parties too.
She always says “I have a strong sense of smell and taste, which gives me an
advantage in creating new recipes from scratch”.
The best part of Betty’s recipes is that they are practical and very easy to
make. When she does use ingredients that are not so easy to find or rarely
used in cooking she makes sure to explain everything and add a simplified
cooking description so that everyone can make them.
Everyone who got a cookbook from her says that she changed their life.
Helped them finally enjoy spending time in the kitchen, which even helped
them bond stronger with their family and friends.
Well, after all, food is one of the best ways to connect with people whether
they make the dish together or they sit down and eat it. There are countless
ways food can help you in your life, aside from keeping you fed and healthy.
