Methodology from session plan are effective base on the result of trainee’s
evaluation. In addition, it helps student to enjoy and learn at the same time.
The result is positive based on the observed behavior and evaluation. However, there
are needs for further improvements.
Recommendation
Schedule must be given importance for every session. And then minor improvement
must be considered to provide more conducive training environment.
