practical skills, and have good interpersonal relationship.
• Professional Background and Future Plans: During my undergraduate studies, I studied a variety of subjects
(economics, history, geography, etc.) to improve my overall qualifications; during my undergraduate and master
studies, I studied English as a Second Language (ESL) teaching, and came into contact with English language learners
of different ages and backgrounds, and utilized different teaching methodologies to cater for different learners, thus I
have solid professional knowledge and practical experience. In the future, I will continue to be rooted in English
language teaching to further improve my teaching skills and experience in the subject.
• TEACHING PHILOSOPHY: My teaching philosophy is to create a student-centered learning environment where I
prioritize getting to know my students in order to meet their diverse needs. I believe in fostering not only their
cognitive development, but also their emotional and social competence. By allowing my students to take charge of
their own learning, I will differentiate my instruction, emphasize their individual skills, and ensure that each student's
unique strengths are nurtured.
